When you visit Full Smile Endodontics for the first time, you will meet with Dr. Scherer to discuss your oral health needs and treatment options. We will answer any questions you have and design a treatment plan unique to your specific needs.

What to Bring
New patients can easily fill out and submit patient registration forms online ahead of time. If you do not submit your registration forms in advance, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to complete the necessary paperwork. Please come prepared with these items to your consultation appointment:
- Referral slip, if applicable
- Valid form of ID, such as a driver’s license
- Form of payment
- List of current medications
- Dental insurance information
- Any images or X-rays from your general dentist or doctor
Parents of Minors
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to the consultation appointment.
What to Expect
At your first visit, our team will examine your oral health and talk about your goals for treatment. If you do not already have 3D images of your mouth, we will take them at this appointment using our CBCT scanning equipment. These images provide Dr. Scherer with detailed information about your oral health and will help him create your custom treatment plan. Our team is always happy to answer questions and help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment.
